     Our Group has obtained business resumption permits from local governments based on its business resumption measures of implementing new coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control measures announced by the state council and local governments, and on the premise of ensuring health and safety, in which the business resumption arrangement is shown as follows:

       OB KOGYO PLASTIC (Shenzhen) CO., LTD   resumed starting from February 14

       OB KOGYO (Shenzhen) CO., LTD                 resumed starting from February 14

       OB KOGYO (Qingdao) CO., LTD                 resumed starting from February 10

     Under the guidance of local health bureaus, all of our companies in China have adopted effective countermeasures for preventing and controlling the new coronavirus epidemic and have acquired business resumption permits. Our business and production have resumed as the dates mentioned above.

     Nevertheless, due to the business resumption restrictions on employees, it is expected that it will still take some time to return to normal production, which, as a result, will cause inconvenience to your company in production, technical service, business activities and other aspects. We would really appreciate your kind understanding for any inconvenience.

     In addition, although volcanic eruption occurred nearby our factory in Philippine in January, it did not affect the production of our factory which is now under normal production and operation. Our factory in Vietnam has finished its spring festival holiday, and resumed its normal production starting from January 30.
